Start 2015 with an open heart and powerful intentions
Sunday 25th January
Samsara Mind and Body
A new year is upon us, a fresh start, clean page, an unwritten script for 2015… What do we want from this coming year? Who do we want to become? What do we hope to shed from our lives and what of ourselves do we want to offer?
This workshop will invite you to connect deeply with your Heart, your inner most being, to allow a Sankalpa (Sanskrit for intention setting) to arise. As we drop from our busy minds into the truth that resides within our heart, we become more aware of that intuitive voice that guides us, we allow our deepest desires to surface and we begin to witness those parts of us holding us back from reaching our dreams.
Sankalpa recognises that change takes time, commitment, repetition, patience and will. Every moment is an opportunity to remember, to bring our intentions into sight through our words and actions.
In this workshop, Naz will guide you through yogic practices to help you move through the transition time and remain open hearted to a new year.
Lets plant the seed of hope in the fertile soil of our hearts and remind ourselves the transition space holds all possibility!Greatness is everyone’s birthright and when we align with the highest possible motivation of our heart, Grace appears as our support to help us realise our Greatness!
This workshop will include Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama and deep relaxation to help us start the New Year with a heart and mind open to infinite possibility!
