Imagine your mind to be like a still clear sea; when we throw stones into the sea we create a disturbance in the form of ripples. The more stones we throw in, the more ripples we create and eventually the sea becomes unsettled and cloudy.
Thoughts have the same effect on our mind, we are trained to use our brains to intellectualise and understand everything – hence the amount of thought activity and stress in our lives!
But with a little know-how and awareness we can take control over our minds and learn how to create a bit more space. Within this space the magic happens…we begin to connect with our heart and get to know ourselves deeply. Here we discover an ocean of peace, happiness, love. We start to enjoy ourselves and meditation becomes addictive!
In this 2.5 hour workshop you’ll learn simple and effective techniques to help you gain a better understanding of your mind.

I would like to invite you to a long awaited yoga and meditation workshop here with me in Milton Keynes.
The beautiful Whitespace Studio in Stony Stratford have invited me to share the the joy of a heart centred yoga and meditation practice with you in more depth.
This afternoon workshop will be about using the wonderful gifts of yoga & meditation to unlock your heart and connect to the deeper and more beautiful you – helping you to open up to your true magical potential.
Through the practice of Hridaya Yoga and Meditation we begin to connect deeply with our true essence, our inner guide – the heart. Intuition, wisdom, happiness, peace, beauty, love, all arise from the heart. The more time we spend in this union; the more alignment that occurs through the body and the breath; the more we tune in to perceive our deepest reality. As we rest in this beautiful space we are able to see life from a fresh, new perspective, beyond the limitations of the mind. Our heart begins to open and we feel our own sacred intuition guiding us.
I will guide you through a beautiful heart opening practice using postures, the breath, mantra – culminating in a heart centred meditation and demonstration of techniques to use in your own personal practice.

Join us as we celebrate September’s New Moon phase for a deeply blissful end to your weekend!
I am so grateful to be teaming up with the wonderful Diana Vernon (a powerful Healing Gong Practitioner) to offer you 2 hours of deep connection and relaxation in the stunning Main Gompa at Jamyang – under the gaze of the beautiful Golden Buddha!
We will begin the workshop with a soulful, heart opening yoga practice, connecting to our body and breath, opening up to perceive the eternal flow of energy within our body, mind and soul. This slow mindful practice will enable a deeper connection to our spirit – our ineffable nature, taking us beyond our perceived limitations into a feeling of greater bliss, joy and love. With a relaxed body, quiet mind and open heart we will then enter into a 45 minute, incredibly profound Gong Bath Savasana!
The sound of the gong is closest to the universal sound of ‘aum’ or ‘om’, and is one of the most powerful instruments used by sound healers as a tool for healing, relaxation, relieving stress, and creating balance and harmony in the body and mind.
During a Gong Bath, participants lay down on the ground and the sound current is brought up into three or four intense peaks, creating great waves of vibration that can affect all levels of your being. This results in lowering the rate of our brainwaves, taking us from beta – our normal waking state, to alpha – the brainwave frequency we enter when we are calm and relaxed. Sound travels faster through metal than through air, so the slower absorbing air around the gongs becomes packed with sound known as ‘feeling tones’, and creates a powerful sound-field which the body, experiences like a huge ear as a sonic/sound massage.
The Universe is powered by sound. Out of the gong comes all music, all sounds, and all words. It allows moving beyond the boundaries of the mind and connects us to the infinite, creating a sense of oneness. The sound from the Gong creates deep relaxation, releasing us from our thoughts. The sound vibrates the energy meridians in the body and brings them into balance, reducing tension, releasing blocks and recalibrating the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Kundalini energy, which begins at the base of the spine, is released, travelling up the spine through the body to align the Chakras, clean the Aura and release the subconscious mind.
This experience will be a gift to your body, mind and spirit – not to be missed!

Hridaya Meditation Workshop
Take a journey back home to the wondrous depths of your beautiful heart, and learn simple and effective techniques to gain a better understanding of your mind, and deepen your awareness of the Spiritual Heart (Hridaya). A chance for all practitioners to gain a deeper knowledge of the Self, as well the opportunity to unite and practice the joyful act of meditation together as one.
Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to join this intimate, informal workshop. We will be exploring the difference between the mind and the heart in meditation, and how much more effective our practice can become when the 2 are unified.
With a little know-how and awareness we can begin to gain control over our mind and learn how to create a bit more space. Within this space the magic happens…we begin to connect with our heart, a place that feels so familiar…. Here we discover a part of us that has always been…an ocean of peace, happiness and love. We start to enjoy this feeling of coming back home and meditation becomes a natural bliss!

Day 1: Yoga, meditation and deep relaxation to open your heart and connect deeply to your inner radiance.
Day 2: Pranayama and heart centred sankalpa (intention setting) meditations to let go of the old and open up to inviting new, exciting possibilities into our present. Followed by a hands-on guided presentation on how to set your 1, 5 and 10 year goals in the most efficient way, whilst manifesting them into your reality. This stuff is powerful and works!!

Maintaining that scared heart awareness, we will then flow into a GOAL SETTING workshop to create a vision for your ideal life that truly inspires you! You will receive a step by step presentation along with a workbook, to create exciting short and long term personal, career and health goals; that directly align with your passions, interests and skills. These goals can be ANYTHING from adding a daily run to your schedule, cutting down on sugar, to taking up a career in photography or reducing the number of homeless in the UK by 50%! The idea is to follow the calling of your heart.
Naz is truly excited to be offering space for people to connect to their hearts desires and identify their highest potential! She began setting goals a few years ago and it has totally transformed her life:
